Stokenham is a pretty village, less than five minutes drive from the beach at Torcross. The Tradesmans Arms and Church House Inn are within easy walking distance. Parkside is well placed for walkers and ornithologists with Slapton Ley only a mile away. There are good shops at Kingsbridge or Dartmouth both around twenty minutes away by car.
Stokenham itself has a farm shop situated to the left of the main road to Torcross about half way from Stokenham to the sea. This has a good selection of groceries and fresh produce.

Sitting Room: Comfortable, Colour T.V. & DVD player, radio, gas fire, old oak side table and views across fields and green.

Kitchen/Diner: A superb family room, with terracotta tiled floor in dining area. Bosch dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, gas hob, fan assisted oven and microwave. Well equipped.

Main Bedroom: Large, light and airy with Ensuite bathroom.

Second Bedroom: This has twin beds and is also on the ground floor.

Shower Room: Large shower cubicle, w.c. and vanity unit. Also on ground floor.

Upstairs: Steep stairs with banister rail leading to third large bedroom with double bed and extra child’s camp bed.

Electricity and Gas: Included in the rental. Central heating and some night storage heaters.

Children: Very Welcome.

Parking: Private off-road parking available and parking to front of property.

Linen: All beds have duvets. Linen is provided but guests must bring their own bath towels and tea towels.

Pets: Not accepted at present.
